Why I Do This Work

I spent over 15 years in high-pressure corporate environments, including serving as a VP of Engineering. I learned the leadership skills, applied the frameworks, and climbed the ladder, yet leadership consistently felt harder than it needed to be.

What changed everything wasn’t more training. It was identifying how internal beliefs shape our behavior and resolving internal distortions that make leadership more difficult than it should especially under pressure.

Now I help other leaders do the same. Because the most effective leadership development isn't about adding more, it's about removing what's in the way.
