Why This Work Exists

I spent over 15 years in high-pressure corporate environments, including serving as a VP of Engineering. I learned the leadership skills, applied the frameworks, and climbed the ladder, yet leadership consistently felt harder than it needed to be.

What changed everything wasn’t more training. It was understanding how internal beliefs shape behavior under pressure. Over time, my work shifted from teaching leaders what to do, to helping them understand why certain leadership moments felt difficult and resolving the internal distortions that were getting in the way.
