I spent over 15 years leading engineering teams in high-pressure corporate environments. I learned the frameworks, completed the training, and climbed to VP-level roles, all while experiencing the exhausting gap between knowing what to do and consistently doing it under pressure.
That gap led me to spend over a decade studying why capable leaders struggle uner pressure. The answer wasn't more skills. It was understanding how internal beliefs distort those skills in real time.
